The DS
series consoles are entry level controllers providing manual theatrical control for small
dimming systems: elementary and middle school multi-purpose room stages, TV studios,
churches, and small presentation areas. The console is available in 12/24 and 30/60 channel models which operate in either manual two scene preset or single scene control modes. Crossfaders with a tracking bargraph LED display provide a timed dipless crossfade between the scenes in the two scene mode and the hold function allows crossfades in the single scene mode. Entry level does not mean limited control features. The DS consoles include: six programmable pile-on submasters, channel and submaster bump buttons with normal and solo modes, grandmaster controller with blackout, plus DMX512 control output.
